Lean Production Management System Initiative
We believe that the means are probably more important than the end. We are now adopting Lean Production Management system, which improves our productivity, on time shipment record, and cost control by more efficient management of our supply chains, production processes and inventory.
Lean and efficient supply chain, reduces unnecessary consumption of resources and time. Our team members are encouraged to bring in Kaizen and simple automations to further optimize the manufacturing and other business processes to enhance efficiency. Teams are already in place and undergoing required training to implement the Lean Manufacturing System across all departments.
